Guide for Authors

The call for papers has now closed.

Criteria for submission of abstracts:

  • Preference will be given to abstracts which offer new contributions to knowledge.
  • The conference working language is english. All abstracts, presentations and papers must be in english.
  • The abstract title should clearly represent the content of the paper.
  • The abstract should be 500 words long.

The abstract and review process is being organised online.

Successfully submitted abstracts will be sent to members of the scientific committee for reviewing, which will began in spring 2012, and you will be contacted in due course.

RCNI reserves the right to reject any abstract/manuscript for failure to comply with publication guidelines.
RCNI will be uploading papers onto the ICSoR website after the presentation at the conference has taken place.

RCNI reserve the right to publish a selection of the papers in journal or book format. It is the author's responsibility to ensure that papers submitted are free of copyright restrictions.

Submission of an abstract is a commitment to submit a cleared manuscript by the publications deadline for the Symposium Proceedings. It also represents a commitment to either attend the conference or send a knowledgeable substitute who is qualified to present the material and answer questions regarding the reported work.

It is the author's responsibility to obtain any necessary travel visas in advance of the event. Read more on visa information.
Papers are to be uploaded online through icsor.exordo.com . We will not accept your paper in any other format.
